I.  Profile

Translating public health priorities into durable systems.

Sahil Singh is a global health strategist and programme lead. He directs multi-year strategic planning for a global health policy task force spanning 140 countries, and contributes to the design of Lebanon’s national primary health care and maternal and child health systems in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and UNICEF.

His work integrates three disciplines seldom combined in a single career: country-level implementation in fragile and conflict-affected settings, multilateral policy engagement with WHO and United Nations stakeholders, and operational leadership of a clinical network of more than 30 sites. Trained in global health at New York University, he brings expertise in evidence-informed decision support, institutional coordination and health systems strengthening.
